The idea behind Purplematic CBD was to produce a variety loaded with cannabidiol. The strain gives easy access to high levels of the therapeutic molecule. To achieve this, we crossbred high-CBD varieties Kush Rose Auto CBD and Afghan Rose Auto CBD. Eventually, we created a stable hybrid with 90% indica genetics, 5% sativa and 5% ruderalis.

Purplematic CBD features a cannabinoid profile of 17% CBD and less than 0.5% THC. This equates to a CBD:THC ratio of approximately 34:1. During a vigorous selective breeding process, we managed to reduce the THC content down to a negligible amount. Because of this, Purplematic CBD flowers don’t produce a psychoactive effect. Medicinal and recreational users can smoke or vape her all day long without getting high. Her buds can also be used to make edibles and extracts for higher concentrations for CBD. After ingesting or smoking her buds, users experience a clear-headed and motivating effect.
